Delivery Policy

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery will be made according to the payment option selected at the time of purchase, and will depend on confirmation of payment by the entity responsible for the payment method. Delivery time varies according to several factors.

We have a period of up to 02 (two) business days to process and send the package, after sending, the delivery method period begins to count.

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

If our delivery person cannot find anyone at the indicated location, he will make up to three attempts.

Confirm the measurements with the packaging of the purchased product, if it is compatible with the passage measurements of the delivery address, for example passage through doors, gates, elevators, stairs and planned furniture.

If delivery is not completed and/or it is not possible to locate the indicated address, we will contact you via email and telephone to confirm the address.

SITUATIONS THAT MAY CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME

Inconsistency in the data provided in the registration.

Difficulties in confirming registration to release the order.

Absence of a person responsible for receiving the product at the delivery location.

Refusal to receive the goods by third parties.

Natural factors such as rain, accidents, among others.

Report by our carriers of an anomaly with the quality of the packaging or product.
