RETURN DUE TO REGRET OR WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product upon delivery and notify us, as we will arrange the cancellation within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.

If you receive the product and wish to cancel the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the amount of your order. The deadline to cancel the purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The order will only be canceled if the product shows no signs of use, is accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.

The order will be cancelled after we have analyzed the product. The analysis will be carried out within 7 (seven) business days, counting from the receipt of the product in our store again.

If the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: You will be asked to cancel the debit to your card administrator. If the debit has already occurred, the refund of the installment(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.

Bank slip: the refund will be made by deposit into the current account of the purchase holder, same CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.

REFUND OF VALUE FOR CANCELLED ORDER

The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur within two subsequent invoices.

Bank slip or direct debit: the refund will be made via electronic transfer to the current account indicated by the buyer, within 10 business days. The CPF of the current account holder must be the same as that stated on the order (customer's CPF).

For installment purchases, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.

In case of return, the refund will only be processed after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product(s) in our store again.

The refund will be made for the full value of the returned/cancelled product, including the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for canceling or repairing any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE – DIVERGENCE IN MODEL AND/OR IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY

Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product or the quality of the delivery, refuse it and record the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. Do not sign any other documents.

Once the carrier notifies us of the return, our team will arrange a new order with the product sent.

If you receive the merchandise and it shows any discrepancy, it must be without signs of use, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories so that it can be replaced with another product of the same type (model and brand). The deadline to contact our Customer Service Center is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after we have analyzed the product. The deadline for sending the product will be informed by email or telephone. The deadline for making the exchange will depend on the availability of the same model of the product in our stock and will be informed by email or telephone. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced by another similar product of the same value. However, if you do not want the similar product, you have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase.

EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

The customer must communicate the exchange request to us within 90 (ninety) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request the exchange, provided that it is accompanied by photos confirming the problem. The deadline for sending the product will be informed via email or telephone. The products will be analyzed by us and may be returned without prior consultation if the criteria listed above are not met or if no defect is found.

There is no cost to the customer for exchanging a defect.

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT FOR SIZE/COLOR/ANOTHER PRODUCT

Check the product immediately upon delivery. If you wish to exchange the product for another size, color or model, please let us know by email within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt. We will send you a reverse postage code, free of charge. Simply take the packaged item, accompanied by the invoice, to the post office and present the code.

Once we receive the part, it will be inspected within 7 calendar days. We will send the new part, upon payment of new shipping, unless the part was purchased in a free shipping campaign.
